Using the Thomas Edison saying again "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. "

It is cold you know, especially you Yankees and Canadians know, so I bought one of the oil filled heaters.
It has been cold like it always does this time of year but more so it seems ( especially with the economy and all). I drive the SS Saturn everyday to work and on weekends.
Dave Koller is another EVer I have been in contact through email about using the original tachometer on the electric conversion job.
I Borrowed The Dirt Track Scales from Richard Holmes, one of my mechanics. These are the same scales I weighed the Saturn before the conversion.
I gathered some input about this 'factory tachometer' issue today.
First let me say that the following discussion is what I have tried to do to make the original tachometer work in the SS Saturn EV. Up to this point it still does not work.
The SS Saturn has installed in it eighteen 8 volt deep cycle golf cart batteries. They are rated at 150 ampere hour (this would be equal to a 200 ampere hour 6 volt battery in wattage ).
